All volunteers will need to attend an initial screen appointment and there is also a follow up appointment at the end of the study.

Healthy males aged between 18 and 45 years respectively. MUST HAVE NOT SMOKED FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. Tattoos or skin pigmentation on lower arms will also exclude you form participating. In general good health and not on any regular medication. |

Study starts 16th June 2008 and last group will finish on the 27th August 2008. This study will run as 3 groups of 12. You will be required to stay in our Plymouth unit for 15 nights. You will also be required to attend a possible 2 screen visits and a follow up visit. |
