Head for Bristol from London on the M4, then head South West on the M5 from Bristol to Exeter, then A38 to Plymouth. The junction with the A386 is a major fly-over interchange with clear sign posting to Tavistock and also Derriford Hospital. Continue north on the A386 for approx 1 mile, approach the first roundabout and turn left, proceed for 600m reaching a mini-roundabout, continuing straight across you can turn immediately right into the car park.
